Can you believe we’re just a few weeks out from heading back into another school year? We’re getting ready for another year of elementary school and middle school, plus our first year of high school, between the four kids, and we’ve already started all of the back-to-school shopping. Keep reading for our back-to-school favorites!
Boys Back-to-School Favorites
For the boys this year, we of course needed all the comfy cozies. I love the Nike brand because it’s durable (and trendy), washes well, and lasts from season to season. Boys are so hard on clothing, but the Nike tees and sneakers tend to be what holds up the best for them. I tend to grab a few logo tees, especially ones that I can use a bleach stick on. The sneakers I chose for them this season are part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, so grab them while they’re under $75! They come in black, blue, or pink!
For gear, we’ve become big fans of the Lululemon New Crew backpack. It’s super sturdy, stylish, and holds up fo school, travel, and sports. We also added Stanley Tumblers to their back-to-school favorites list – now that Stanley offers personalization, I was able to grab some that have their names on them. The boys love the 30 oz Flip-Top Tumbler.
Girls Back-to-School Favorites
For the girls, they’re less impressed by the Nike brand and want all things Lululemon (I mean, can I blame them?). The half-zip Scuba will be a staple all fall, winter, and spring long – so I always grab it in a few colors. These leggings will also be on repeat all school year long and make for a great cover-up to and from cheer practice. Since I grabbed the boy’s sneakers during the NSALE, I went ahead and grabbed Pres pink New Balance ones (under $50!).
The Lululemon New Crew backpack was also the perfect choice for this school year – did I mention it also comes in a clear option now!? Same with the Lululemon belt bag – not only are most colors back in stock, but a new clear style has recently dropped. This is a must for stadiums and game days with a clear bag policy.
