Sunglasses might be hands-down my favorite accessory. Not only are they practical (in West Texas, that blazing sun, am I right), but they just make magic happen in any outfit. The right pair of sunglasses can instantly elevate your look, even when you don’t feel like getting all dolled up. They always make me feel put-together, whether we’re heading out on a fabulous date night or lugging the baseball gear to a tournament. I’m sharing my favorite designer sunglasses today and why I find each of them totally splurge-worthy.
Celine
These Celine sunglasses are the perfect nod to the 90’s! The vintage style is a classic one; with gold-rimmed edges and a tortoise green tint to the lenses. These pair perfectly with your fave mom jeans and tube top. If you’re not looking to splurge on this style, here are a similar pair!
Another Celine retro fave – this time taking it a little further back! These babies have total Barbie vibes and are in my summer must-haves list! How cute with your favorite swimsuit, right!? The last Celine pair I’m sharing is a fabulous tortoise-shell print – which I find to match any season. These sleek, angular designer sunglasses feature frames with eye-catching Italian style. The smoky lenses are great for hot summer days! This option is under $30 and mimics the same type of frame and features a gold ivy-style side.
Gucci
Oh, how I LOVE these Gucci sunglasses! Talk about a classic! The style is *chefs kiss* and they are a great everyday option. If you’re new to designer sunglasses, these may be a great place to start. The round style looks good on any face shape, plus they come in black or tortoise – the two staple styles. I wear them everywhere from baseball tournaments (see the fit here) to date nights!
Prada
Does it get better than Prada? These butterfly-shaped designer sunglasses are a staple! They go with everything from casual to chic. I love a good dark tint, especially in the fall.
YSL
These YSL Blaze sunglasses come in jet black or tortoise. Either style you choose is a winner. Both have the classic YSL logo stapled on the side of the oversized frames. These are instant elevations to any outfit and might be the best option if you’re headed somewhere fabulous (a must for Vegas)!
