I get asked often about places to shop and eat in Lubbock! I have a blog post on local entertainment, so I thought it was time to add this one. This is not a sponsored post, and if you have any suggestions on where to shop or eat definitely leave them in the comments below.
Local Eats
Stella’s-This is a great date night spot for Italian food! You can get good lunch deals during the week here as well. They even have the coolest speak easy in back!
Rave On-SO YUMMY! I like to meet the girls here for lunch, and it’s actually where we celebrated my birthday too with a few couples. I recommend the shishito peppers, char-grilled ciabatta sandwich and vegetarian ravioli. They have the best dessert menu too!
Burklee Hill-The ultimate girls lunch spot! The cherry balsamic burrata appetizer is a must! I like the pizzettes, especially the Dante. If you are a wine lover, this is for sure your place!
Las Brisas-You want a more fancy dinner, this is it! It’s delicious and a good place for a steak or seafood!
Funky Door BIstro & Wine Room-If you like fondue and wine, you should try Funky Door! They have lots of other options, but that is their speciality.
Evie Mae’s BBQ-Some of the best BARBECUE! It’s locally owned, and everything is gluten free. The brisket and turkey are so good! I’ve only ever been to the Market Street location, but I want to try the original location soon.
Ike’s Woodfire Grill-They have a ton of options-pizza, burgers, steak and more! We like their patio area!
Abuelo’s-I love going there for Tex-Mex! Give me the queso!
Jalisco’s-This is where you go for authentic Mexican food! So good!
Blue Sky-You can get a great burger and onion rings, and it’s kid friendly! They have a patio area and huge sandbox for the kiddos!
Ninety-Two Cafe & Bakery-The cutest cafe, you can get pastries, coffee or other breakfast and lunch options! A good soup and sandwich spot!
Local Shopping
Lululemon-This is probably where I shop the most…athletic wear at its finest! The newer location in Kingsgate is great! That shopping is center is perfect for a day of shopping.
Malouf’s-They have brands like David Yurman, Tory Burch, Agolde and more! A good selection for men and women, I have gotten some really nice things there for Ricky.
Drest by Scott Malouf-They have a lot of designer and contemporary brands for men and women.
Julian Gold-I am so excited for this new store! I got a sneak peek before they opened and was really impressed. I think it’ll be a new favorite for me! This is in Kingsgate shopping center as well.
H&M-I love H&M, I can find quality pieces for affordable prices! Whether you are looking for work clothes or casual outfits, you can find it there. I get the kids clothes there as well!
Chrome-They have several brands I love like Free People and Daydreamer! They also have a large selection of shoes and jewelry.
Hemline-They carry a lot of great brands…Lack of Color, Agolde, Spanx and more.
J. Hoffman’s-I have been shopping at this store for years! You can find great jewelry and clothes at this boutique.
J.Roberts-A cute boutique located in Kingsgate
